About This Course
The Certificate in Midwifery program at MUDISONAMS offers foundational training for students beginning their midwifery career. The curriculum is designed to produce competent, compassionate, and morally grounded entry-level midwives ready to serve in community and clinical settings. The program blends theoretical instruction with hands-on clinical practice, equipping students with the core competencies needed to provide basic maternal and newborn care under supervision. The course is ideal for those who have completed their Uganda Certificate of Education (UCE) and wish to enter the midwifery profession directly.
